To ensure superior quality and a sleek profile, all bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender. This specialized manufacturing process is critical as it prevents the formation of flat spots in the bends, providing a smooth, uniform curve and maintaining consistent tubing density throughout the handlebar.
