Each handlebar is manufactured using high-quality 1″ OD x .120″ (3 mm) wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing for exceptional strength and durability. To ensure a smooth, professional finish, all bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender, a process that prevents unsightly flat spots in the curves. For maximum structural integrity, all joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded, ensuring these bars can withstand the rigors of the road.
These handlebars are ideal for a variety of aftermarket and custom applications. Please note that these bars are not notched for TBW (Throttle-By-Wire) applications.
