Description

The Bionic Tech 2 is engineered for riders who demand elite protection without compromising on weight or comfort. Constructed from an advanced high-performance fiber polymer compound, this neck support system offers exceptional structural integrity and frame strength against heavy impact energies during a crash. This technical upgrade features a complete design facelift, including new lightweight rear and chest padding and an updated chinplate design for superior performance.

Designed for the rigors of competitive riding, the Bionic Tech 2 is resilient to low temperatures (below 0°C) and is significantly lighter than its predecessors. It incorporates bio-organic engineering for superb ergonomics, ensuring the frame construction promotes improved contact with the helmet during impact. This includes a rear support edge that fits closer to the body and a raised chest profile designed to reduce hyper-flexion.

Safety is further enhanced by the rear stabilizer, which promotes Progressive Force Relief (PFR). This system dissipates energy loads by transmitting them across the back and shoulders and away from the spine (thoracic vertebrae). The compressed EVA foam compound padding further distributes impact forces over the widest area possible while remaining ultra-lightweight.

To ensure a perfect fit for every rider, the system features the SAS (Size Adapter System) for a customizable and secure setup. The stretch fabric laminated foam padding kits are adaptable, and interchangeable EVA foam pads allow for seamless compatibility with various body impact shield systems. An innovative quick-release locking system allows for rapid fitting and removal, while the lightweight strap system can be worn conveniently over or under the jersey.
