Advanced Shell Construction
The outer shell utilizes sophisticated molding technology with a multi-composite combination. It features a 3K high-density carbon outer layer for superior strength and energy dissipation, layered with uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass. This construction is bonded with high-performance epoxy resin to maximize mechanical performance while maintaining a lightweight profile, ensuring energy is spread wider and effectively absorbed by the internal liner.

Impact Management and Safety
Inside, the helmet features an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six specific densities strategically positioned for optimal energy absorption. To mitigate rotational and oblique forces, the EPS inner surface is polished and specially coated to be low-friction. This allows the comfort liner to move independently against the EPS, significantly reducing the force transmitted to the head, neck, and spine during an impact.

A-Head Fitment System
For a personalized fit, the patented A-Head Fitment System allows riders to adjust both the height and the angle at which the helmet sits on the head. This ensures the helmet can be adapted perfectly to individual preferences and riding positions.

Aerodynamics and Ventilation
Developed through extensive CFD simulations and wind-tunnel testing, the aerodynamic profile is optimized for low drag and maximum stability. Lateral winglets and visor turbulators further enhance aero-acoustic performance. The comprehensive ventilation system includes:

• 11 ventilation points, including 7 intakes and 4 exhausts.
• A series of air ducts through the inner EPS liner for active circulation.
• A large central slider on the top vent for forehead cooling.
• Chin vents that create laminated airflow to prevent shield fogging and misting.
• Rear extractor vents located under the spoiler for efficient heat removal.
