This adapter allows you to install any Billetworkz shift knob on your automatic Toyota, thanks to our precision-engineered lockout system that replaces the factory knob’s integrated button.

Unlike other solutions that require you to push down on the shift knob—causing unwanted movement and safety concerns—our lockout mechanism keeps the shift knob fixed in place. Simply press down on the spring-loaded lockout collar to engage reverse or drive. The collar then returns to position automatically to prevent accidental shifts and eliminate interior rattle.
