The Biltwell Gringo S Helmet elevates the classic full-face motorcycle aesthetic to new heights of functional performance and safety. Built around a signature injection-molded ABS outer shell, this helmet is designed to be remarkably rugged yet lightweight. The internal architecture features an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) safety liner that efficiently dissipates impact loads while fortifying the helmet structure, ensuring a secure fit without compromising on long-range comfort.

Every detail of the interior is engineered for the modern rider. The removable and replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads feature brushed fleece Lycra touch points designed to absorb and evaporate perspiration. For added safety during frontal impacts, the helmet includes a molded urethane chin bar pad or internal BioFoam chin pad with hand-sewn contrast stitching. The chin strap is secured by rugged, plated steel D-rings and includes an adjustable strap end retainer for a custom fit.

The eye port is equipped with an injection-molded, laser CNC-cut polycarbonate shield. Depending on the model, these shields may include anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments for maximum durability and clear vision. The rugged shield hinge hardware features robust detents, allowing you to easily open the shield at slow speeds to increase airflow. For those who stay connected on the road, the EPS liner includes molded recesses designed to accept various aftermarket audio and communication components.
