Each handlebar is precision-manufactured from 1″ OD x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring superior structural integrity. To maintain a clean, consistent appearance, all bends are created using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, which effectively reduces flat spots in the curves. For maximum strength and a professional finish, every joint is precision mitered and TIG welded.

• Installation Note: Please note that if grip sets are not installed, the bars will measure 1-1/8″ shorter than the listed specifications.
• Clamp Compatibility: These “Oversize” bars feature a specific mounting diameter and will not fit standard 1” clamps found on the majority of stock or aftermarket risers. Ensure your risers are compatible with O/S bars before installation.
