Overview

The Cusco High-Capacity Rear Differential Cover is a performance-focused upgrade designed to improve lubrication, cooling, and durability of the rear differential under aggressive driving conditions. Engineered from one-piece CNC-machined billet aluminum, this cover replaces the factory stamped unit with a stronger, higher-volume solution ideal for track use, spirited street driving, and high-grip setups.

This Cusco differential cover increases oil capacity by approximately 500cc, helping maintain consistent lubrication and reduce heat buildup during extended high-load operation. Integrated external cooling fins enhance heat dissipation, while an internal baffle design helps keep oil surrounding the ring and pinion gears during hard cornering and acceleration.
