Every DEMON Heavy-Duty Axle features wide articulation angles and a specialized dual plunge design that effectively prevents the axle from binding, even during aggressive suspension travel. For enthusiasts looking to customize their ride, these axles are highly versatile and can accommodate 2″, 3″, 4″, and 5″ bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or specialized a-arms from select brands.

Built for maximum durability, these axles boast a 10% to 15% increase in CV joint size and a 15% to 20% increase in shaft diameter compared to standard OEM axles. The construction utilizes dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts and an inner cage crafted from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring long-lasting resilience and power transfer.

To protect the internal components, each axle is equipped with thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, which offer superior tear resistance compared to standard rubber. These boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to reduce friction and heat buildup.
