To provide maximum power transfer and longevity, the CV joints are increased by 10% to 15% compared to regular joints, while the axle diameter sees a significant 15% to 20% increase over OEM standards. Precision CNC machining ensures a perfect fit and smooth operation throughout the life of the product.

The DEMON Heavy-Duty Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design to effectively prevent binding, even during extreme suspension travel. For those running modified setups, these axles are versatile enough to fit 2″, 3″, 4″, and 5″ bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and various aftermarket a-arms. Protection is handled by high-quality thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, which are packed with high-load molybdenum grease to resist heat and friction in the toughest environments.
