Built from Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) with Inconel intake and exhaust valves for superior heat resistance, strength, and long-term durability in EPA14 and EPA17 engines. Engineered for high cylinder pressures, extended service life, and demanding duty cycles. The Volvo D13 and Mack MP8 operate under extreme thermal and combustion loads. Traditional gray iron cylinder heads are pushed to their limits under modern emissions-era operating conditions.
