Big Boss Tuner Repair ensures our device will be fixed using genuine parts and to factory standards. Further instructions on how to return your broken unit to us will be provided upon checkout from the warranty department with associated RMA.
**Warranty Period for original tuner**: 1 year from Purchase Date Cost for Warranty Repair: $495.00 charge will be placed on credit card until warranty status can be confirmed. If device sent is under warranty then the charge will be released and no charge will occur. Cost for Non-Warranty Repair: If the Device is not in warranty the price to get this repaired will cost $495.00. This does not restart the original warranty period of the device or related components.
